“I have found no greater satisfaction than achieving success through honest dealing and
strict adherence to the view that, for you to gain, those you deal with should gain as
well.” – Alan Greenspan
Growing up with parents who were small business owners, I’ve always had a deep love for entrepreneurship. I believe small businesses are the backbone of economies worldwide, and I’ve devoted a significant part of my career to helping teams and small organizations reach their full potential. This is why I co-founded Franklin Alliance. Our mission is to act as a catalyst for growth in professional services firms, providing top- notch resources and capital to help them compete at the highest levels.
I have more than a decade of experience in entrepreneurship, strategy, and leadership. Before starting Franklin Alliance, I was a Partner at Peak Investment Capital. There, I served as interim CEO for four portfolio companies, overseeing a combined staff of over 1,600 people. I take pride in my approach to servant leadership, always striving to bring out the best in people, build effective teams, and drive transformative results. My journey into entrepreneurship was preceded by over five years in banking at J.P. Morgan and Antares Capital, where I gained a solid foundation in financial stewardship and operational excellence. These skills are crucial in helping small businesses succeed.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Finance, Investment & Banking, Entrepreneurship, and Real Estate Economics from the Wisconsin School of Business and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Even after completing formal education, I constantly seek opportunities to learn from mentors, masterclasses, podcasts, and books. In my free time, I’m an avid foodie, exploring the diverse culinary scene in Washington, DC. I believe food is one of the greatest ways to experience different cultures and connect with people.
